About the role

The Director of Finance will lead the organization’s financial function, shaping strategy, overseeing planning and analysis, and ensuring rigorous compliance with regulations. This senior position reports to senior leadership and influences key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support growth objectives.
• Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis process.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in a finance leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
