Director of Mobile Games User Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Mobile Games User Acquisition to lead paid growth for our flagship mobile MOBA title and provide strategic direction for acquisition across our app portfolio. This senior, hands‑on role combines channel strategy, profit‑focused scaling and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L for UA spend, scaling volume while maintaining positive ROAS in Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
• Define and execute channel strategy across Meta and Google, with a roadmap for expansion.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 2–5 UA specialists, setting priorities and reviewing performance.
• Partner with creative to brief, test and iterate performance creatives at scale.
• Build reporting frameworks linking spend to LTV, not just installs.
• Provide UA direction and strategic input to other app teams.
• Collaborate with product and data teams on measurement infrastructure, MMP setup and attribution strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of mobile user acquisition experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or director‑level role.
• Proven track record scaling a mobile game profitably in Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 markets with clear ROAS discipline.
• Strong ability to communicate UA strategy to non‑UA stakeholders such as product, finance and leadership.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google UAC campaign architecture, bidding logic and creative testing.
• Fluency with LTV modeling, cohort analysis and ROAS‑based decision making.
• Experience with mobile measurement partners (Adjust, AppsFlyer or equivalent) and attribution clarity.
• Experience managing or mentoring UA specialists.
