About the role

Cencora is looking for a reliable driver to execute pickup and delivery activities for assigned shipments. You will ensure timely, safe, and documented transport of materials, products, and medical samples while supporting the overall logistics flow.

Key responsibilities

• Execute pickup and delivery tasks according to schedule, handling, and documentation requirements.
• Verify shipment details, obtain signatures or proof of delivery, and keep accurate transport records.
• Transport goods following route plans, temperature controls, and applicable transportation regulations.
• Communicate delivery status, delays, and exceptions to enable prompt issue resolution.
• Assist with loading, unloading, packaging, and labeling to protect shipment integrity.
• Monitor vehicle condition and packaging supply levels, escalating maintenance or stock shortages as needed.
• Support specialized transport activities such as transfer‑point, airport, hand‑to‑hand, and adjusted schedule assignments.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, courier operations, delivery services, or a related field.
• Certification in dangerous goods awareness, licensure for the applicable vehicle class, and cold‑chain handling certification or equivalent.
