About the role

Join Yıldız Holding’s technology unit to shape the future-state technology landscape of the Group. As an Enterprise Architecture Fellow you will drive business‑technology alignment and ensure consistent, measurable, and business‑aligned architecture across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and govern enterprise architecture principles, standards, target‑state architectures, and roadmaps aligned with business priorities and Group technology strategy.
• Translate strategic priorities, capabilities, and demand inputs into architecture decisions, reusable patterns, and implementation guidance.
• Provide architecture assessments, identify risks, clarify dependencies, and shape solution direction during demand management and evaluation processes.
• Lead architecture review activities across business, application, data, technology, security, and integration layers to ensure consistency, sustainability, and compliance.
• Contribute to the publication, adoption, and continuous improvement of Group‑wide IT principles covering enterprise architecture, data model, security, and core ERP/business process standards.
• Define and evolve reference architectures, architecture checklists, design guardrails, and governance mechanisms for cloud, on‑prem, hybrid, and integration‑heavy solution landscapes.
• Establish and sustain architecture inventory discipline by supporting application, infrastructure, OT, and integration asset lifecycle visibility together with ownership, criticality, and data quality standards.
• Collaborate with PMO, IT Governance, Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, and delivery teams to ensure architecture decisions are actionable and operationally adopted.
• Support business capability mapping, application rationalization, lifecycle planning, and architecture documentation practices across the enterprise landscape.
• Mentor teams and stakeholders on architecture thinking, governance expectations, decision records, and design quality while fostering a culture of standardization and continuous improvement.
