Luron AI, a fast‑growing applied AI startup, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a co‑founder. This high‑trust position requires flawless organization, proactive execution, and the ability to handle confidential matters in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the co‑founder’s calendar, travel arrangements, and priority setting.
• Track meeting commitments and follow‑ups, ensuring timely completion.
• Draft and manage correspondence with customers and partners in Turkish and English.
• Prepare briefing materials, documents, and logistics for meetings, trips, and events.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Required profile

• Exceptional execution and organizational ability; nothing falls through the cracks.
• Full professional fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced startup environment with a high degree of ownership.
