About the role

Join Puffy, a top‑5 US mattress brand with over $1 billion in sales, as the Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO. You will own the CEO’s personal operations end‑to‑end, from experience curation to proactive calendar management, using an AI‑first toolbox.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a vetted provider network across lifestyle, wellness, automotive and home services.
• Research, compare and shortlist premium products and services, delivering options directly to the CEO.
• Secure exclusive reservations, event access and design personalized experiences.
• Strategically manage the personal calendar, anticipating needs before they are voiced.
• Own tasks from inception to completion, troubleshooting independently.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience in concierge, lifestyle management, hospitality or executive/personal assistance.
• Proven master researcher able to quickly identify and vet high‑quality providers.
• Resourceful problem‑solver with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills to represent the CEO with premium service providers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G‑Suite.
• Ability to learn new AI‑native and project‑management tools quickly (e.g., Asana).
