Experienced Accountant – Turkey

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Accountant to join our team in Turkey. The successful candidate will manage daily accounting operations, prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements while supporting internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare periodic financial statements, management reports and account reconciliations.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles.
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments, international clients, suppliers and external auditors.
• Provide the management team with timely financial information and analysis.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and tax requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English with effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
