Expert AI Developer

About the role

ForInvest, an investment technology company, is looking for an Expert AI Developer to turn innovative ideas into production-grade AI solutions, including its central AI platform ForMind. The role combines advanced R&D with strong software engineering, focusing on Generative AI and Agentic AI systems built around the AgentCore framework.

Key responsibilities

• Research emerging AI frameworks, models and tools, and maintain expert-level coding standards.
• Design, develop and maintain production-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows for enterprise use cases.
• Integrate agents and workflows into scalable production environments and connect them to internal and external systems via APIs.
• Implement orchestration with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen or Strands SDK.
• Apply two-tier RAG architecture, grounding and prompt optimization to improve response quality and reduce hallucinations.
• Design state and memory management, error handling, fallback mechanisms and escalation paths.
• Test, evaluate and analyse agent performance, and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment.
• Monitor performance, reliability and cost-efficiency of AI agents, and work with architects and data teams.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of active software development experience.
• Familiarity with the finance industry, stock market data, algorithmic trading or investment/tracking tools.
• English proficiency to read technical documentation and work with global teams.

Required skills

• TypeScript and Python.
• AWS (Bedrock) and Google Cloud (Vertex AI).
• Hands-on experience with at least one agentic workflow framework (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, Strands SDK).
• Prompt engineering, two-tier RAG, grounding, tool/function calling and model evaluation.
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) is mandatory.
• SQL and NoSQL, REST APIs, OAuth2, Docker and CI/CD.
