Export Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Export Sales Executive to join our team within the chemical raw materials sector. You will define export growth strategies, penetrate new global markets, and expand our international account portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute export sales strategies to capture market share in targeted international regions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with major industrial clients, distributors, and global key accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements to ensure sustainable sales volume and profitability.
• Manage customer data, lead tracking, sales opportunities, and pipelines using Salesforce.
• Monitor global market dynamics, raw material pricing trends, and competitor activities to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Partner closely with internal R&D, Technical, and Supply Chain teams to tailor product solutions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5 to 8 years of solid export sales experience within the Chemical Raw Materials industry.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional language a plus.
• No restrictions for domestic or international business travel.
