F&B Guest Relation Agent

About the role

The Bodrum EDITION is seeking a friendly and attentive F&B Guest Relation Agent to join its dining team. In this front‑of‑house role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine party size and escort them to clean, properly set tables.
• Pull out chairs, place current menus, and ensure each setting includes a napkin, clean silverware and any required accessories.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, practicing clean‑as‑you‑go procedures throughout the shift.
• Monitor table turnover, seating availability and safety, and assist guests with special seating needs.
• Keep menus up‑to‑date, clean and wrinkle‑free.
• Follow all company safety, security and uniform policies, reporting any incidents promptly.
• Answer telephone calls using professional etiquette and provide clear information.
• Support team members, uphold quality standards and contribute to a positive work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods.
• Capable of moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
