Field Service Specialist

About the role

The Field Service Specialist will drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction for our Turkish market. You will manage the full technical service lifecycle, from incident resolution and spare‑parts logistics to onboarding service partners and supporting technical sales.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily field service and back‑office tasks, ensuring seamless operational support.
• Track spare‑parts stock, forecast demand and plan replenishment.
• Monitor service‑partner performance and produce actionable reports.
• Oversee the complete case lifecycle: routing, assignment, escalation and resolution tracking.
• Coordinate logistics for service visits and technical training activities.
• Provide technical expertise to the sales team to help close opportunities.
• Support regional service projects and ad‑hoc initiatives directed by Service Leadership (Turkey & Azerbaijan).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent Turkish and English (written and spoken, B2+).
• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Service, Customer Success or Technical Sales.
• Engineering degree or strong technical background with a systems‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in the building‑materials sector or related industry.
• Practical knowledge of plumbing or HVAC systems is a strong plus.
• Advanced PC proficiency (CRM, MS Office, technical diagnostic tools).
