Field Service Specialist

About the role

As a Field Service Specialist based in Istanbul, you will drive operational excellence and ensure high customer satisfaction across the technical service lifecycle. You will handle everything from incident resolution and spare‑parts logistics to onboarding service partners and supporting the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily field service and back‑office tasks to provide seamless operational support.
• Track, forecast, and plan replenishment of spare‑parts stock.
• Monitor service‑partner performance and produce actionable reports.
• Manage the full case lifecycle, including routing, assignment, escalation and resolution tracking.
• Coordinate logistics for service visits and technical training activities.
• Provide technical expertise to the sales team to help close opportunities.
• Support regional service projects and ad‑hoc initiatives directed by Service Leadership (Turkey & Azerbaijan).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent Turkish and English (written and spoken, B2+).
• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Service, Customer Success, or Technical Sales.
• Engineering or strong technical background with a systems‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in the building‑materials sector or related industries.
• Practical knowledge of plumbing or HVAC systems is a major plus.
• Advanced PC proficiency (CRM, MS Office, technical diagnostic tools).
