Field Services Specialist – Onsite IT Support

About the role

We are seeking a Field Services Specialist to deliver on‑site IT support for end users in Adana, Turkey. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and direct assistance to VIP users and tech bar customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site incident resolution, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows, macOS, mobile devices, printers and network equipment.
• Deliver VIP and Tech Bar support, both remotely and on‑site, including system configuration guidance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets: inventory tracking, labeling, warehouse coordination, and disposal.
• Coordinate repairs and logistics with vendors and third‑party service providers.
• Participate in IT projects, new site openings, hyper‑care activities and special initiatives.
• Offer after‑hours or escalation support for plant‑critical issues when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on field IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile devices, printers and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware replacement, imaging, configuration and end‑user support.
• Ability to travel between sites and work in on‑site environments.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (or equivalent) for ticket handling.
• Basic English reading and writing skills for documentation and vendor coordination.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft MCP/MCSA) are a plus.
