Field Support Responsible – Antalya

About the role

The Field Support Responsible will act as the primary liaison between Bosch Home Comfort and its network of sub‑dealers, wholesalers, and service points in the Antalya region. You will promote product knowledge, loyalty programmes and campaigns while ensuring dealer compliance with Bosch standards.

Key responsibilities

• Visit sub‑dealers, wholesalers and service points to present the Bosch Home Comfort product portfolio.
• Educate dealer staff on highlighted product features and how to communicate them to end‑users.
• Promote Bosch Loyalty Programs, recruit new members and monitor programme compliance.
• Inform dealers about current marketing activities and campaigns, and support local campaign execution.
• Collect and follow up on dealer demands, complaints and service needs.
• Assist Bosch Home Comfort with market surveys at the sub‑dealer level, tracking trends and volume data.
• Control and report dealer actions against loyalty club contract conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically without restrictions.
• Valid Class B driver’s licence with active driving experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
