Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will support DECCO Turkey’s performance by delivering financial analysis, business insights and planning support to local management and functional leaders. Acting as a trusted partner to Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory and other functions, the role translates financial and operational data into recommendations that drive profitability, efficiency and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes, including variance analysis and business case preparation.
• Analyse financial and operational performance against targets, providing explanations of key drivers.
• Partner with departments to monitor sales, margins, operating expenses, inventory, working capital, PBT and cash flow.
• Conduct profitability analysis by customer, product, crop segment and business line.
• Provide financial support for commercial and operational initiatives, including investment evaluation, cost‑saving projects and pricing proposals.
• Prepare accurate management reports, dashboards and business intelligence tools using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar systems.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at improving business results and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in profitability and variance analysis.
• Experience working closely with commercial, operations and supply‑chain functions.
