About the role
Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Financial Business Partner to support its EMEA business, providing analysis, forecasting and strategic insight to senior leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide business analysis for the EMEA region to identify variances, drivers and action plans.
- Deliver quality financial analysis and gather regional input for monthly/quarterly results.
- Prepare and consolidate regional operating plans and forecasts according to corporate guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning, forecasting and analysis processes.
- Participate in strategic and long‑term business planning, including submissions and communication with partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with international Finance departments and senior management.
- Produce ad‑hoc reports and analyses as required.
Required profile
- Degree in Economics or Business Administration.
- Prior experience in finance roles.
- Fluency in English.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of SAP.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proficiency with PowerBI.
