Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to own the numbers and drive performance in our global fashion business. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, turning data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Drive monthly closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Deliver insightful analysis to aid strategic decision‑making.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy and challenge assumptions.
• Manage cash flow, overheads and financial forecasts.
• Contribute to business cases and performance analysis.
• Improve financial processes and reporting structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and business goals.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in controlling or finance, preferably in the real sector.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in reporting, financial analysis and budgeting.
• Clear and confident communication in English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
