About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Associates to join our La Romana team at Rixos Tersane Istanbul. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic restaurant environment while supporting the overall operation of the venue.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide food and beverage service according to established standards.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests.
• Offer accurate, detailed information about menus and products.
• Maintain proper table settings, service areas, and overall restaurant ambience.
• Take orders accurately, relay them to the appropriate departments, and ensure timely delivery.
• Uphold hygiene, food‑safety, and company procedures.
• Contribute to teamwork and smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or the F&B industry is preferred.
• Guest‑satisfaction oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance and good command of English.
• Residing in Istanbul or having reliable transportation.
