Forward Deployed Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to transform ambiguous, real‑world problems into production‑ready software. This hands‑on position sits at the intersection of engineering, product thinking, and technical delivery, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers and internal stakeholders to discover, scope, and define problem statements.
• Design, build, and deploy backend services, web applications, and mobile solutions.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle, from implementation through production monitoring and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands‑on coding experience.
• Ability to take a problem from discovery through implementation, release, and production support.
• Experience building backend services and APIs, preferably with C# and .NET.
• Experience with modern frontend development, preferably React.
• Comfort working across backend, web, and mobile layers as needed.
• Good knowledge of relational databases, SQL, APIs, testing, and production‑grade software practices.
• Proven debugging and problem‑solving skills across application, database, and integration layers.
• Clear communication with engineers, product teams, customers, and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ownership mindset regarding code quality, deployment, performance, reliability, and production issues.
