About the role
Join the hospitality team at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus and be the first friendly face guests see. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences while delivering memorable service that reflects the brand’s commitment to warmth and light.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell service assistance.
- Process departures by confirming charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and using the POS system accurately.
- Provide comprehensive information on hotel offerings, rates, promotions and local attractions.
- Promote hotel amenities and up‑sell services to maximize revenue.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns and manage communications with care.
