Full Stack Java Developer (Banking)

About the role

OBSS, Turkey's largest technology consultancy, is looking for a Full Stack Java Developer to join its team and deliver end-to-end software solutions. You will work on cutting-edge projects with cross-functional teams, designing, developing and maintaining high-quality applications that solve real business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain secure and compliant banking-related software solutions.
• Implement robust back-end Java applications with Spring Framework (MVC, Boot, Data), JPA, Hibernate and SQL.
• Develop responsive, high-performance front-end components with React and/or Vue.js using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Integrate back-end web services and client systems via REST and SOAP.
• Apply advanced design patterns and microservices architecture to ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital banking applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong communication, teamwork and analytical thinking; high energy and motivation in a dynamic environment.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to use AI-powered tools in daily work.

Required skills

• Java, Spring Framework, JPA, Hibernate and SQL.
• Front-end frameworks such as React and/or Vue.js.
• Docker and AWS.
• MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
