Game Developer

About the role

Agave Games is seeking a passionate Game Developer to join its Istanbul development team. You will collaborate closely with product managers and artists to create, refine, and optimize mobile gameplay experiences that are fun, smooth, and engaging from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test core gameplay features using C# and Unity.
• Write high‑quality, maintainable, and scalable code for mobile games.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with product, design, and engineering teams to align on vision and deliverables.
• Analyze player data and gameplay metrics to suggest improvements.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance game mechanics and overall player experience.
• Optimize performance to ensure a seamless user experience on mobile devices.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of game mechanics and player‑centric design.
• Passion for mobile games and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to analyze games, extract insights, and translate them into actionable improvements.
• Team player who values collaboration and open feedback.
