Associate Data Analytics Consultant – Entry Level

About the role

SnA, a business analytics consultancy serving blue‑chip clients across Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Retail and Energy, is hiring recent graduates as Associate Data Analytics Consultants. The role involves analysing large, complex datasets, applying statistical methods and delivering actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse transaction‑level data for client projects.
• Develop, validate and implement predictive statistical models.
• Prepare visualisations and reports that translate findings into business recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to align analytical work with strategic objectives.
• Support data preparation, cleaning and relational database management tasks.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated curiosity for data science.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Motivated, responsible, adaptable and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Mid‑level statistics including multivariate methods.
• Experience with relational database concepts and SQL for data analysis.
• Proficiency in open‑source data‑science tools such as Python or R.
• Understanding of database management systems and data modelling.
