Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Pluxee is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to strengthen its fintech platform that powers employee benefits and engagement solutions worldwide. You will join a high‑performing, cross‑functional team to design, build, and maintain scalable services that support millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET/.NET Core and C#.
• Design, implement, and deploy microservices and containerised solutions with Docker.
• Create and optimise RESTful APIs for performance and scalability.
• Work with relational databases such as Oracle/PLSQL and PostgreSQL, and leverage ORM tools.
• Integrate messaging systems like RabbitMQ and manage NoSQL stores including Redis, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
• Apply SOLID principles, clean‑code practices, refactoring and design patterns.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git and GitLab.
• Ensure high‑traffic systems meet reliability, performance, and scalability targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 6 years of professional software development experience with .NET technologies.
• Proven experience in microservice and event‑driven architectures.
• Strong background in both relational and NoSQL database technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with containerisation (Docker) and modern CI/CD workflows.
