Game Developer – New Games

About the role

Rollic is looking for a Game Developer to join its New Games team in Istanbul. You will work on live mobile titles, creating and improving core systems using Unity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core game systems and features with Unity.
• Own technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers, artists, data analysts and monetisation teams to deliver features.
• Improve existing codebases for stability, performance and extensibility.
• Optimize memory usage, frame‑rate stability and load times.
• Support live operations by debugging, implementing improvements and maintaining game health.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience with Unity.
• Experience on live mobile games, preferably casual or hybrid‑casual.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to resolve technical and workflow issues.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Unity engine (including UI, animation and particle systems).
• Performance optimisation for mobile games.
