General Manager – Multi-Site Manufacturing

About the role

Patis Food Group, a global food manufacturing group, is looking for a General Manager to lead its multi-site operations into their next chapter. The role covers production, supply chain, quality, engineering and related functions, with a focus on building a high-performance operating model and embedding AI, advanced analytics and intelligent automation into decision-making.

Required profile

• Proven executive leadership experience in large-scale manufacturing, FMCG or similar complex industrial environments.
• Strong track record of leading multi-site operations and organizational transformation.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing economics, operational performance and scalable systems.
• Ability to turn technology, data and AI into measurable business outcomes.
• Fluent English and the ability to work confidently in international environments.
