German‑Speaking B2B Outbound Agent

About the role

We are looking for a native German‑speaking professional to join a fast‑growing European clean‑energy company as part of its first outbound team. You will not sell directly to homeowners; instead, you will recruit independent sales partners – such as self‑employed agents, brokers and real‑estate professionals – to expand the company’s partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential sales partners by phone and clearly explain the partnership model.
• Qualify interest and relevance, then schedule 1‑on‑1 consultations for the partner‑management team.
• Document call outcomes, objections and next steps accurately in the CRM.
• Share recurring insights and themes with the internal team.
• Follow data‑protection, compliance and call‑guideline policies at all times.

Required profile

• Native German speaker (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B phone acquisition, telesales or partner acquisition.
• Background in financial services, insurance, real‑estate, energy or telecommunications is a plus.
• Professional, energetic communication style with strong objection‑handling skills.
• Available during core hours 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday‑Friday.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system for structured documentation.
