German‑Speaking Telesales Agent – B2B Partner Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking telesales professional to join a fast‑growing European clean‑energy company. In this fully remote, full‑time position you will run outbound campaigns aimed at recruiting independent sales partners such as commercial agents, brokers and real‑estate professionals. Your work will directly support the company’s expansion of its partner network for solar and heat‑pump solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to self‑employed agents, brokers and real‑estate professionals.
• Present the partnership model clearly, handle objections in real time and qualify interest.
• Book one‑on‑one consultations for the partner‑management team.
• Achieve monthly call and conversion targets.
• Log call outcomes and next steps accurately in the CRM.
• Share call patterns and insights with the team.
• Maintain compliance with data‑protection and call‑guideline regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent German – all calls are conducted in German.
• Prior outbound sales or telesales experience, preferably B2B partner acquisition.
• Background in financial services, insurance, real estate, energy or telecommunications is a plus.
• Strong communication, objection‑handling and disciplined follow‑up skills.
• Comfortable working toward clear targets and documenting activity in a CRM.
• Available during core hours 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday‑Friday.
