Global App Growth Internship Program (Remote)

About the role

Applot is a mobile app company building and growing a portfolio of consumer apps such as Melodize, Yumi, Doser and Cookfoo. It is looking for four motivated interns to help grow its apps in international markets through organic content, creator partnerships, social media and community building. The positions are remote or hybrid and cover four distinct tracks.

Key responsibilities

• Short-form content: create TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts content, research trends and hooks, shoot, edit and adapt videos, and test creative ideas.
• Creator partnerships: discover creators across countries and platforms, negotiate collaborations, coordinate briefs and campaigns, and help build an international creator network.
• Social media and localization: prepare captions and publishing calendars, adapt content for English-speaking and other markets, and monitor comments for audience insights.
• Growth research and community: research competitors, trends and platforms, monitor organic growth and campaign performance, explore Reddit and Discord communities, and turn user feedback into insights for product teams.

Required profile

• Curious, proactive and eager to learn, with initiative and creativity.
• Comfortable using social platforms and familiar with online trends.
• Able to communicate in English; advanced English is a plus, especially for international-facing roles.
• Organized, reliable and able to work independently; no years of experience needed.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, spreadsheets, analytics or creator platforms is a plus, depending on the role.
