Global HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Global HR Business Partner to support a well‑established FMCG company operating from the European side of Istanbul. The role will work closely with business leaders across multiple countries, providing strategic HR guidance and driving talent acquisition and organisational development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and teams in different geographies to understand people and organisational needs.
• Translate business priorities into effective HR solutions using a strong HR Business Partnering approach.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across various markets.
• Lead organisational development initiatives aligned with evolving business requirements.
• Support organisational design, workforce planning and talent‑related processes.
• Contribute to talent management, performance, development and employee experience programmes.
• Collaborate with international HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency across markets.
• Use people insights and business data to identify improvement areas and develop relevant HR solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional HR experience, preferably in FMCG or a similarly fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with multiple countries, international business units or subsidiaries.
• Strong HR Business Partnering mindset with proven ability to build trusted relationships.
• Hands‑on experience in Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international setting.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking and solution‑oriented approach.
• Fluency in English.
