Graduate Operations Engineer

About the role

Subsea7 is seeking a Graduate Project Operations Engineer to join its Istanbul office. You will support senior engineers in managing offshore and onshore logistic activities for installation spreads, ensuring readiness, certification, and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare offshore spreads for operations, focusing on certification, bridging documentation, SIMOPS, and safety assurance.
• Assist senior engineers with vessel readiness, mobilization, and demobilization of project equipment.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and material tracking through the project’s material tracker.
• Liaise with regional departments (OR, Survey, ROV) and in‑country teams for crew, equipment, and spare part requirements.
• Develop requisitions for operational equipment and supervise cargo barge and support vessel preparation.
• Support customer interactions regarding certification and asset preparation.
• Provide engineering input to the In‑Country Operation Manager and SCM for local services and purchase analysis.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, Offshore, or related field).
• Strong interest in offshore logistics and installation operations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Filyos Marine Base and project sites.
