Growth Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Analyst to uncover growth opportunities across our passenger, driver and marketplace funnels. You will partner with Growth, Product, Marketing and Business teams to turn data into clear insights that drive measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior, funnel performance and marketplace metrics to identify growth levers.
• Build dashboards and analytical frameworks to monitor acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation KPIs.
• Design, run and interpret A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Create user segments to support personalized campaigns and lifecycle strategies.
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, CRM, Performance Marketing and Business teams to implement data‑driven actions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, growth, product or marketing analytics.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and storytelling abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for large datasets.
• Python or R for deeper analysis, automation or modeling.
• Experience with funnel, cohort and retention analysis.
• Understanding of A/B testing and statistical thinking.
