Growth Manager

About the role

Rollic, a fast‑growing mobile game developer and publisher, is looking for a Growth Manager to own and execute end‑to‑end growth strategies for its portfolio of titles.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the end‑to‑end growth strategy to scale Rollic’s mobile game portfolio.
• Manage and optimise paid user‑acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok and ad networks.
• Explore and scale non‑paid growth channels including partnerships, influencer marketing, ASO, community initiatives and growth experiments.
• Identify emerging market trends, competitive insights and new high‑potential growth channels.
• Work closely with Product, Creative, Data and Monetisation teams to ensure flawless execution and maximise impact.
• Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, prioritise initiatives and guide strategic decisions.
• Test, iterate and scale new growth hypotheses in a fast‑paced, experiment‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in fast‑paced, analytical environments such as strategy consulting, investment banking, tech or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Genuine interest in mobile gaming, performance marketing and growth strategy.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with a strong bias for action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Experience managing paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, ad networks).
• Knowledge of non‑paid growth tactics such as influencer marketing, ASO and community initiatives.
