About the role
A game studio founded in 2017, whose games have reached over 3.5 billion people, is looking for a new graduate Growth Manager. The role is based on site in Istanbul (Sarıyer) and is not fully remote.
Key responsibilities
- Manage existing user acquisition channels for maximum performance and ROI
- Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Work closely with third parties such as Facebook, Google and ad networks
- Collaborate with the creative team on ad production
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering, Management or Economics
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team, with attention to detail
- Passion for Match Villains and mobile puzzle games in general
