Head of Software (Chapter Lead)

About the role

Lead the software chapter at Beko's Washing Machine Plant Directorate, overseeing embedded software development for electronic boards and ensuring compliance with international and Beko standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop or coordinate development of embedded software for electronic boards, managing internal and outsourced resources.
• Prepare requirement files, specifications, and standards for board designs.
• Plan and execute design, verification, and serial production approvals to meet product schedules.
• Manage department budgets, stock levels, and ensure compliance with safety, performance, ISO 9001, and OHS standards.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the software team, defining objectives, performance standards, and development plans.

Required profile

• Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Control, or Electrical‑Electronics Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong initiative.
• Experience in project management, FMEA, and production process knowledge.

Required skills

• Embedded software development for electronic boards.
• Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) and product tree management.
• Familiarity with SAP and ERP systems.
• Technical drawing interpretation.
• Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
