About the role
Beko is seeking a Lead Engineer – Software to join the Washing Machine Plant Directorate in Manisa. You will drive R&D projects, develop and maintain control software for washing machines, and ensure compliance with international and Beko standards.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in R&D projects to develop new washing machine products.
- Develop, maintain, and improve embedded control software for electronic boards.
- Prepare requirement files, specifications, and establish design standards.
- Coordinate design, verification, and production plans to meet customer demands.
- Ensure serial production approvals and monitor product safety and performance standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of the C programming language.
- Familiarity with microcontroller architectures (Cortex‑M, AVR) and system peripherals (ADC, Timers, SPI, I2C, UART, DMA).
- Experience with code analysis, code reviews, unit testing, and GIT version control.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
