Head of TikTok Shop

About the role

A partner company is looking for a Head of TikTok Shop based in Turkey, working fully remotely. The role takes the lead in developing and scaling TikTok Shop strategies for direct-to-consumer and B2C brands across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), overseeing operations, driving commercial performance and growing social commerce. It works closely with company founders to turn business objectives into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead TikTok Shop operations and the strategic development of social commerce initiatives for major brands in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Identify and implement opportunities to increase sales, improve conversion rates and strengthen brand performance on TikTok Shop
• Work with founders to define strategic priorities and drive growth initiatives
• Monitor and analyse KPIs to evaluate results and make data-driven decisions
• Assess content assets and creative approaches to find top-performing formats and improve engagement
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, creator strategies and social commerce developments
• Develop scalable processes and test new approaches to support sustainable growth

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing, social media, social commerce or a related field, with a strong understanding of digital growth strategies
• Solid understanding of TikTok trends, creator ecosystems and audience behaviour
• Ability to interpret performance metrics and turn data into optimisation strategies
• Strong business judgement, communication skills and the ability to work closely with founders and stakeholders
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment
