Housekeeping Room Attendant

About the role

Raffles Istanbul is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to join its luxury hospitality team. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest experiences the brand’s legendary service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to Raffles’ established standards and procedures.
• Replenish guest supplies and amenities in line with brand guidelines.
• Organize and maintain housekeeping equipment, personal tools, and cleaning chemicals.
• Perform daily cleaning of common areas, including corridors, fire‑escape routes, and service zones.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs through observation and proactive service.
