About the role

Amazon’s Customer Fulfilment network relies on a motivated workforce. As an HR Assistant in Talent & Operations, you will support warehouse teams on‑site, helping to create an engaging employee experience and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Partner with HR leaders and site management on people‑related projects to foster an engaging workplace.
Handle day‑to‑day HR queries and administrative tasks, including new‑starter onboarding, self‑service tools, and time‑and‑attendance reviews.
Generate reports for site leadership using internal dashboards.
Plan and execute initiatives that promote employee wellbeing and experience.
Conduct audits to verify compliance with company policies, data‑protection standards, local employment law, and HR best practices.

Required profile

Relevant experience in HR or employee services.
Ability to work on‑site and interact directly with warehouse staff.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
