HR Business Partner

About the role

Hepsiburada is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its Customer Service department. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to drive talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement in a fast‑growing e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the HR Business Partner for the Customer Service team, providing strategic HR guidance and change management.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates and a positive candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines by mapping passive candidates in the industry.
• Own HR processes such as talent management, performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR projects.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, coach teams, and support business objectives through HR solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6–7 years of HR experience in a high‑speed, high‑growth environment.
• Strong background in Talent Acquisition and corporate headhunting.
• Advanced proficiency in Russian.
• Experience supporting Customer Service teams is a plus.
• Ability to coach senior teams, strong planning and project‑management skills.
• Excellent reporting and analytical abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Sancaktepe.

Required skills

• Advanced Russian language proficiency.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
