HR Operations Specialist

About the role

Crs Soft, a software company active in Turkey and abroad, is looking for an HR Operations Specialist. The role sits close to the employee journey: from coordinating interviews and keeping candidates and interviewers aligned, to supporting new joiners during onboarding and integration.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and interviewers aligned throughout the process
• Support new joiners during onboarding and their integration into the company
• Maintain employee documentation and personnel files so that records are accurate, up to date and properly kept
• Help coordinate company announcements, information sessions and internal events to support internal communication

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 0-1 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in English, including the ability to organise interviews in English
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, planned and meticulous

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office programs
