Senior Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Randstad Türkiye is looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist for a business partner it is consulting for. The role manages company-wide recruitment processes end to end, working closely with business units and senior management to analyse recruitment needs. It is based in Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Create job descriptions, competencies and candidate profiles for positions
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, career portals, candidate databases and direct search methods
• Carry out headhunting and talent mapping, especially for engineering, technical, sales, management and specialist roles
• Diversify candidate sources and build a strong talent pool
• Run preliminary interviews, competency-based interviews and candidate evaluations, coordinating with recruitment managers
• Manage candidate offers and salary negotiations, and perform reference checks
• Track recruitment KPIs and report regularly to management
• Improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding
• Build relationships with universities, professional networks and consulting firms; manage outsourced recruitment consultancies when needed
• Ensure HR processes comply with company policy and GDPR

Required profile

• University graduate, preferably in HR, labor economics, psychology, sociology, business administration or a related field
• At least 5-8 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, machinery, automotive or international companies, and in technical and engineering recruitment
• Headhunting experience for mid- and senior-level white-collar positions
• Fluent English; able to live in Istanbul or Ankara
