Human Resources Assistant Manager / Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant Manager / Manager to support a leading multinational FMCG client. The role will involve overseeing a full spectrum of HR activities, from talent acquisition to organizational development, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and organizational development projects.
• Contribute to HR transformation and change‑management initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support overall business goals.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to foster a positive work environment.
• Provide HR guidance and support across the organization.
• Conduct job analysis and define job descriptions for strategic positions.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for graduate to management levels.
• Design the annual training plan and coordinate internal and external training programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Economics & Industrial Relations or Social Sciences.
• 7‑8 years of HR experience, primarily in organizational development.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High accuracy, ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Self‑disciplined, proactive, dynamic and eager to learn.
• Team player with strong planning and organization skills.
• Flexible working hours, no travel restrictions.
• For male candidates, completed military service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
