Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Arteche is seeking an energetic Human Resources Generalist to join its HR team. The role will support the company’s people‑focused strategy by handling recruitment, employee experience, organizational development and HR operations across its technology‑driven, manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and attract suitable talent.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Handle employee relations matters to maintain a positive work environment.
• Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers on strategic HR projects and change‑management activities.
• Generate insights from engagement surveys, retention data, career conversations and exit interviews.
• Monitor workforce trends and contribute to succession planning and talent management.
• Analyse HR data and produce regular, meaningful reports.
• Continuously improve HR practices and processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology, Labour Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing and international companies.
• Strong command of English.
• Good understanding of Labour Law and core HR legislation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with SAP HR (plus).
• Experience with SuccessFactors (plus).
