Human Resources Specialist – Turkey

About the role

Workistry is expanding its recruiter network in Turkey and needs a proactive Human Resources Specialist to act as the public face of the platform. You will identify talent, build relationships with hiring managers, and grow our community of recruiters across the country’s most active hiring markets.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and onboard top recruiters and hiring managers onto the Workistry platform.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies seeking talent partnerships.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Workistry recruiter network in Turkey.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening and matching for partner employers.
• Represent Workistry at recruitment events, industry meetups and professional conferences in Turkey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in Turkey, either in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Strong existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals or recruiters in Turkey.
• Proven track record of successful placements across any industry vertical.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Effective use of LinkedIn for sourcing and networking.
• Familiarity with various networking applications.
