Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Turkey to support rapid growth by managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT positions. The role is fully remote and offers autonomy to design and execute sourcing strategies across global talent markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for technical and IT roles.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, professional networks, social platforms, technical communities and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, converting passive prospects into active candidates.
• Conduct structured initial interviews assessing qualifications, technical background and communication skills.
• Coordinate interview schedules, offer presentations and onboarding logistics.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements and develop targeted sourcing plans.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and provide regular recruitment updates using ATS and other recruiting tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline management.
• Experience recruiting for technology, IT or technical support roles is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong interview and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
