About the role

Digiturk is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Director to lead the audit function across all operations, transactions and processes. Reporting to the Group Internal Audit function and, when required, to the Chairman or Vice‑Chairman, the role ensures robust internal controls, risk management and compliance with corporate governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Audit all company operations, transactions and processes and deliver findings to senior leadership.
• Develop and execute risk‑focused audit plans in line with Group governance.
• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems across departments.
• Verify compliance with corporate governance principles and ethical standards.
• Evaluate risk‑management processes and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in managerial roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CFA, CISA or CMA are preferred.
• Demonstrated integrity, independence, confidentiality and professional judgment.

Required skills

• Ability to quickly learn new software tools.
