About the role

We are seeking a passionate In‑Room Dining Waiter to join our luxury hotel team in Istanbul. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, high‑quality service to guests enjoying private dining in their rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve in‑room dining orders with precision, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery.
• Accurately present menu items, suggest appropriate food and beverage pairings, and upsell where suitable.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, handling orders, payments, and billing with high accuracy.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, maintaining confidentiality and service standards.
• Maintain fine‑dining service standards, including table setup, plating, and service protocols.
• Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service during high‑volume periods.
