Inbound Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Inbound Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound logistics operations in Turkey. Reporting to the Distribution & Logistics team, the role focuses on customs clearance, 3PL relationships and ensuring service level compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, monitor and control inbound logistics processes, with emphasis on customs clearance and Tareks inspections.
• Manage documentation such as certificates of origin, FTA validation, pre‑alerts, arrival notices and inspection files.
• Coordinate domestic transport to distribution centres and update operational reports (rate report, DSRs, etc.).
• Monitor freight invoices, bill of lading surrender, damage reports and oversee OKSB renewal for Levi Strauss Turkey.
• Drive continuous measurement of vendor service standards and productivity, ensuring targets are met.
• Collaborate with DC, trade compliance and other internal teams to resolve escalated issues and support cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution and logistics.
• Strong understanding of Turkish customs procedures, including Tareks processes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrix‑reporting environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.

• Familiarity with logistics and supply‑chain technology best practices.
