About the role
We are looking for an Industrial Plant Controller to join our team at Haier Europe Turkey in Eskişehir. The role involves managing month‑end closing, forecasting, budgeting and cost control for the manufacturing plant.
Key responsibilities
- Manage month‑end closing and reporting activities of the plant.
- Prepare forecasts and budgets and report manufacturing costs.
- Act as business partner for plant functions and headquarters.
- Support cost‑down initiatives and cost deployment.
- Track CPU evolution by product category.
- Take financial responsibility for Make/Buy projects.
- Monitor new investment realization and depreciation versus budget.
- Ensure compliance with Group standards and financial reporting policies.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost or financial controlling.
- Experience in finance within a production environment.
- Familiarity with IFRS reporting rules.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills.
